Simply use the small serrated blade to trim the foil from the bottle. Insert the stainless corkscrew into the cork and place the top of the lever on the neck of the bottle to pull the cork out half way. Then adjust the height of the lever and use the second lever to remove the rest of the cork in one easy move.
