A product is out of stock, when will it be due in?

We aim to have ALL our items in stock at ALL times.  If for some reason an item becomes Out Of Stock, we generally aim to have them back for sale within 7 days.

Can you ship outside the UK?

We pride ourselves on being able to ship our products, however big to anywhere in the UK.  We have some of the best courier prices available for single boxes to pallets.  Just contact us before you buy in bulk and we will work out a quote after discovering the best method of transportation.  For international Sales, we CAN get our products to you wherever you are and however quickly you want it.  We have access to the most competitive freight prices available.  Whether by road, air or by sea, We Can Source It Ltd can get it to you!

I have received my order but some items appear to be missing, incorrectly sent or damaged. What shall I do?

Please contact us straight away! If you contact us via email at, stating your name and order number and one of our Customer Services team will contact you immediately to rectify the problem.  We WILL get it sorted no matter what the problem is!

I have not received my order and its been over 3 days. What shall I do?

As you can appreciate, we are only as good as our postal service and our couriers.  From time to time, they can let us down.  If your item fails to arrive after 3 days (working days), please contact us immediately at, stating your name and order number.  Our Customer Service team will ensure they deal with the problem.  If the order was dispatched via Special Delivery or Courier, we will look up the tracking progress, using the unique tracking reference number.

I wish to place an order for a large quantity of items, can I get a discount?

For orders of a high quantity we can indeed offer a discount. Please email: stating the products you want to order, the quantities of each and the location where you require the order to be delivered. We shall then reply with an accurate quote and lead time for delivery.

Do you send confirmation emails?

We send confirmation emails as soon as the transaction has been approved.  Please ensure you have entered all your details correctly.

Do you have a catalogue?

Unfortunately, due to the fact that we add new products to the site everyday, we do not produce a catalogue. All the products we sell are listed on the website.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

Yes, if you email us at before you place the order to notify us that you would rather collect it, then we will arrange a suitable time.  We will then refund the courier charge immediately.

I will not be at home when my item will be delivered, what shall I do?

If there will be no one at home for delivery please leave a note on the front door advising the courier to leave the parcel with a neighbour or elsewhere around the property (porch or garden etc). Alternatively, why not have it delivered to a work address?

How do I cancel or change my order?

Providing the order is not awaiting dispatch or has been dispatched already then it can be cancelled by emailing us at . We cannot make any changes to orders that have already been placed but can add items to a new separate order which will be collated with the original order.

When will payment be taken from my account?

Payment is taken as soon as the order has been placed. This applies for all orders, including pre-orders and special-order items from supplier's.
